360 Self-Defence’s primary focus is self-defence. We incorporate modern Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai for self-defence. Our main priority is training for real-world scenarios and fighting. We cover weapons-based defences and multiple attacker situations. We are results-oriented, with small classes that focus on concepts rather than techniques. At 360 Self-Defence you will learn the fundamentals of fighting and self-defence. Our story

360 Self-Defence is a gym that is primarily focused on self-defence.  We incorporate wrestling, mixed martial arts, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu along with a modern style of Krav Maga for self defence. We are mainly concerned with training for real-world scenarios and fighting. We cover weapons based defences and multiple attacker situations. This is a results-orientated gym, with small classes, that has regular sparring, and that focuses on concepts rather than techniques.  Our weapons defences utilize wrestling concepts and tactics from well respected trainers in the US. At 360 you will learn the fundamentals of fighting and self defence while also meeting your fitness goals. It's affordable and it's fun.

Modern Krav Maga

Krava Maga’s focus is on survival and escaping danger quickly rather than winning points in a fight. Simple explosive strikes using punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Escapes from real-world grabs, such as chokes, bear hugs, headlocks and wrist grabs. Defence against weapons – Defending against armed attackers with knives, guns or blunt objects.

Hi everyone, I’m Wendy, head coach and Owner at 360 Self-Defence. My passion for training in martial arts began in 1994 when I began training in the art of Karate. I am a first-degree black belt in karate and have extensive training in modern Krav Maga as well as Muay Thai, Boxing and Judo. My goal for all my students is to give them the confidence that comes from becoming your own skilled protector.
